Dr. Rebecca White opened Arctic Skye Family Medicine in order to put her  unique style of practicing medicine into action.  Her belief that each patient holds the key to their own medical issues leads to her unique approach medical practice. Placing listening to people as being the first step in providing quality medical care, Dr. White approaches medicine with the whole person in mind.

Kristine Jakiemiec, certified physician assistant,  joined Arctic Skye in July 2007.

Both approach medical care with the principle that the whole person is affected by health or illness, and so treatment must also involve the whole person, body, mind and spirit.
